Frequently Asked Questions

My premium status isn't showing up

If you purchased Premium but it's not showing on your account:

  1. Log out of the site completely
  2. Log back in to your account
  3. Your member status should update automatically

If you still don't see your membership, you may have used a different email. Redeem your subscription here.

Why was my subscription cancelled?

Subscriptions are automatically cancelled if your card is declined after 2 attempts. This can happen due to:

  • Insufficient funds
  • Expired card
  • Bank declining the charge

To regain access, simply repurchase the subscription with a valid payment method.

How do I cancel my subscription?

You can cancel anytime. Your benefits stay active until the end of your current billing period — cancellation only stops future renewals.

How to cancel depends on which payment method you used:

  • PayPal: Go to your profile page and click Cancel Subscription. We handle it for you — no need to log into PayPal.
  • Stripe (credit/debit card): On your profile page, click Manage Subscription (Stripe). That opens Stripe’s secure portal where you can cancel, change payment method, or view invoices.
  • Ko-Fi (legacy): Ko-Fi manages those subscriptions on their end, so you’ll cancel directly there. Sign in at ko-fi.com → Settings → Memberships, find genpkm, and click Cancel Membership. If you have a Ko-Fi subscription linked to your account, the profile page also shows a guided walkthrough.
I subscribed through Ko-Fi a while back — am I still being charged?

Possibly. We switched from Ko-Fi to direct PayPal and Stripe subscriptions, but any Ko-Fi memberships created before the switch continue to auto-renew on Ko-Fi until you cancel them there. We have no way to cancel them from our side.

To check: sign in at ko-fi.com/settings/memberships. If you see a genpkm membership, that’s an active Ko-Fi sub you can cancel there. Your profile page will also flag it if we detect one on your account.

Is The Vault included with my plan?

Browsing the Vault is free for everyone. Having an entry traded into your own game is included with every paid membership — Premium, PoGo Master, Elite and Lifetime — with unlimited requests and no per-Pokémon price.

Daily Passes do not include the Vault. A Daily Pass unlocks unlimited trading and the Trade Hub for 24 hours, but Vault delivery is a subscriber perk.

Vault Pokémon are delivered byte-for-byte through a normal in-game link trade — original Trainer, met data and HOME tracker untouched. We never trade HOME-to-HOME; once it lands in your game, moving it into your own HOME is up to you. See what’s on the shelves.

What's the difference between the membership tiers?

Daily Pass ($2.99) gives 24 hours of unlimited trading plus full Trade Hub access (Mystery Gift, Cloning Pod, Showdown Trader, File Trader, Dump Request, Mystery Egg). Premium ($9.99/month) makes that unlimited every day and adds Custom OT, Batch Trading (up to 4), Pokédex Tracking, and unlimited Vault requests. PoGo Master ($14.99/month) adds the PoGo Master Collection. Elite ($15.99/month) gets everything plus enhanced Batch Trading with up to 10 Pokémon at once.
