My premium status isn't showing up
If you purchased Premium but it's not showing on your account:
- Log out of the site completely
- Log back in to your account
- Your member status should update automatically
If you still don't see your membership, you may have used a different email. Redeem your subscription here.
Why was my subscription cancelled?
Subscriptions are automatically cancelled if your card is declined after 2 attempts. This can happen due to:
- Insufficient funds
- Expired card
- Bank declining the charge
To regain access, simply repurchase the subscription with a valid payment method.
How do I cancel my subscription?
To cancel your Ko-Fi subscription:
- Log in to your Ko-fi account
- Go to More > Account and Billing
- Find the "Subscriptions" section
- Click "Don't Renew"
You'll keep access until your current billing period ends.
What's the difference between Daily Pass and Premium?
