My premium status isn't showing up

If you purchased Premium but it's not showing on your account, follow these steps:

  1. Log out of the site completely
  2. Log back in to your account
  3. Your member status should update from "Regular Member" to "Premium Member" or "PoGo Master"

If you still don't see your membership status, you may have registered with a different email than your purchase. You can redeem your subscription using the appropriate link below:

Why was my subscription cancelled?

If your subscription was cancelled by our system, this typically occurs for one of these reasons:

  • Your card had insufficient funds
  • Your card was declined for other reasons

Our system automatically cancels subscriptions if a card is declined after 2 attempts. To regain access, you will need to repurchase the subscription.

How do I cancel my Ko-Fi subscription?

To cancel your Ko-Fi subscription, follow these steps:

  1. Log in to your Ko-fi account
  2. Navigate to More > Account and Billing
  3. Scroll to the "Subscriptions" section
  4. Click "Don't Renew" next to the subscription you want to cancel

Note: After cancellation, you'll typically maintain access until the end of your current subscription period. No further charges will be made.
